Your 14-day refund window
If Chapterframe is not right for you, request a full refund of your $199 USD Mac app purchase within 14 calendar days after payment. You can install and try the app during that period. No technical fault or explanation is required.
Monthly updates and support
The voluntary 14-day refund offer applies only to the initial $199 USD app purchase. The $10 USD monthly updates-and-support payments, including renewals, are not covered by this offer and are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation leaves existing paid coverage in place.
How to request a refund
Email support@chapterframe.ai with the email address used at checkout and your Stripe receipt or invoice number. State which payment you want refunded. Please do not send your full card number, passwords, or API keys. A request sent within the 14-day window remains eligible while we process it. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the purchase.
What happens next
We return approved refunds to the original payment method through Stripe. We aim to review requests within five business days; your payment provider controls when the credit appears. There is no Chapterframe refund administration fee.
A refund of the app purchase ends that software license and cancels its associated future updates subscription. Stop using and remove the refunded software; your own source files and creative work remain yours. If an updates payment is refunded under applicable law, we explain any resulting coverage adjustment separately; your non-refunded app purchase remains valid.
Separate provider charges
This policy covers payments to Chapterframe. Model generation, GPU rentals, storage and other third-party charges are paid to those providers and follow their refund policies. A Chapterframe refund does not delete GPU instances or stop charges from your providers.
Your statutory rights
This voluntary policy does not limit any non-waivable cancellation, refund, conformity or other consumer rights under applicable law. Where the law gives you greater rights or longer periods, those rights apply.
