Creative workflow
- Generate opening keyframes for selected takes and review the new versions before choosing which to use.
- Scan characters and objects to propose scene links, then approve the changes you want to keep.
- Restore the original recording on takes whose voices were changed.
- Install vocal removal tools from Settings to keep renderer music and effects beneath your narration.
Reliability
- Improved Vast idle cleanup and retry handling when a server remains listed after a deletion request.
- Interrupted storyboard and keyframe jobs no longer remain active after an engine restart and block chapter deletion.
- Cost dialogs close after use, preventing hidden windows from accumulating during batch work.

Back up your API keys securely and restore them on another Mac.
Password-protected API key backups
- Export your saved API keys to an encrypted .cfkeys file from Settings → Connections.
- Choose a password when exporting. The same password is required to read and import the saved keys.
- Import keys into another Chapterframe installation. Existing keys are kept by default, with an option to replace them.
